st AI-powered marketing tools
Before I get into this week’s AI powered martech roundup, I wanted to share the results from a survey conducted by Malwarebytes.
Only 35% of the respondents to the survey agreed with “I am familiar” and 50% disagreed.
Those who claimed to be familiar with ChatGPT include:
- ChatGPT produces accurate information, according to 12% of respondents
- 81% of respondents are concerned about security and safety issues
- ChatGPT is distrusted by 63% of respondents
- 51% of respondents question whether AI can improve internet security
- ChatGPT development should be halted until regulations catch up, according to 52% of respondents
A snapshot of the current public opinion.
The stats on AI and marketing
Next, let’s move on to new products, features and enhancements.
- Mixpanel has added OpenAI GPT-3.5 turbo to its event analysis platform. This integration allows users to use natural language for data queries and “chat” with their data. The AI-generated queries can be reviewed by users to understand the accuracy and source of the reports created.
- Yext brings AI to the headless content management of its product, Yext Content. In a rare moment of PR humility the company said it believes Yext Content to be the first headless CMS based on AI and knowledge graph technologies. Yext Content also uses AI for automated data cleansing and content-generation workflows. The system contains both the content and taxonomy that goes with it. This allows organizations to structure their content in a way that is best suited for AI. The AI flywheel of the system identifies content opportunities based on data from customer interactions and journeys such as chats, searches and clicks. It generates or updates content to fill content gaps, and then provides suggestions to the content team for approval or editing prior to publication.
- Cathie.ai, a video analysis and generation tool powered by AI from Instoried, is based on AI. Users can analyze videos and create videos quickly using text prompts in natural language, similar to chatGPT. Users can automatically tag people, animals, objects and brands within long videos using the video analysis tool.
- GiantCampaign , an AI-based platform for email marketing, is a GiantCampaign . It analyses customer behavior and preferences to allow businesses to customize their eMail campaigns in a highly personalized and targeted manner. GiantCampaign’s predictive modeling and smart suggestions allow businesses to optimize their marketing efforts.
- Mobiquity Technologies enhanced its proprietary ElecTech platform and ElecAlytics platform to better take advantage of the AI engines. These enhancements use heuristics models and US districting information to improve ad curation. ElecTech’s and ElecAlytics’ AI engines can now use patterns and trends from historical data to help businesses connect more effectively with their potential customers.
- BrightspotCM integrated Open AI in its content management system. This integration takes the form of an automated content generation system that will improve platform personalization and speed up the creation process.
