HubSpot released new features in June, including AI Content Assistant tools, reporting improvements and HubSpot Payments.

AI Content Assistant Beta: More Tools

HubSpot’s AI Content Assistants AI generative capabilities have been improved to make content creation easier. Since May , Content Assistance is available for social media. These enhancements include:

Releases for Payments and Subscriptions

Google Analytics now shows data from the checkout page for HubSpot.

Quickly find the right context and actions for recurring customers using the new <a href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/payments/manage-subscriptions-for-recurring-payments#:~:text=View%20subscriptions%20on%20the%20subscription%20index%20page&text=To%20view%20the%20index%20page,based%20on%20the%20Status%20property. Subscriptions index page. Subscriptions could not be accessed in one location, but only on their associated records.

Use the new release of the buyer contacts on subscription records to send subscription-related email to the correct buying contact. It is particularly useful if you have a high employee turnover rate and the subscription payment point of contact changes often.

Reporting updates

Use the new tracking LinkedIn Carousel ads within HubSpot to improve your reporting of return on ad spending. HubSpot will display these interactions on the contact record. They can be used to alert a member of your sales team to send an email. API limitations previously prevented tracking.

If you are using a quote signing tool other than HubSpot’s electronic signatures, you can filter and report on deal stages with greater accuracy by manually changing the status of your quote to “Signed”. Previously, it was not possible to edit this status. This required HubSpot’s eSignature tool.

Improved Global Privacy Control Beta

HubSpot’s new release will allow you to ensure that your website is in compliance with the most recent privacy laws by processing Global Privacy Control actions from visitors to your site who have already set their data-sharing preferences on their browser or extensions. They do not need click individual cookie banners. Global Privacy Control is required by California Consumer Privacy Act and Colorado Privacy Act.

Booking meetings by rotating round-robin (beta).

Your sales team can now choose a round-robin meeting rotation to know who is next in line for a meeting if they book meetings on behalf other team members. This was done using external tools and the meeting link pages. It wasn’t efficient, nor did it capture the same data to report on your team. View a video for more information.

Copy actions from one workflow into another

Spam detection for form submissions

can automatically move potential spam submissions to their own area for review or action in bulk. This ‘holding tank” will hold all form submissions with URLs in the Name property before they are entered into the CRM to create records. After 90 days, the submissions are automatically deleted.
