sforce announces new Commerce Cloud Integrations
Salesforce announced today a series embedded apps and integrations that aim to spread Commerce Cloud across all marketing, sales, and service channels. Customers can create their own purchase experiences from anywhere.
According to the latest Salesforce Report on the State of the Connected Consumer, customers use nine different channels to interact with brands. 76% of respondents prefer to choose a channel that best suits their needs.
