Create lists of deals in beta
A tool that creates lists for deals allows you to perform actions such as exporting, grouping, and reporting on the deals. You could create lists only of companies and contacts before. Soon, workflows can refer to deal-based list.
Trigger workflows using events
You can use events to trigger workflows for timely workflow communication and other automations. A workflow was triggered before if a particular property had a specific value. This new functionality will trigger the workflow when a value changes.
Event-related Triggers include
-
Custom Behavioral Events
- Formal interactions
- Form-viewed events
- Changes in property value
- Sales document events
- Object creation events
- Calling events
- Sequence engagement events
- Meetings (contact booked + contact changed outcome of meeting)
Emails can be logged retroactively to the CRM and custom objects (beta).
HubSpot can save you time by logging all emails sent or received. All you need to do is click on the emails in your Inbox. This feature used to be accomplished manually by forwarding emails at specific addresses.
The new release allows you to save time when logging emails into custom objects within HubSpot. The new release allows you to log emails from Gmail or Office 365 instead of manually logging them within HubSpot contacts.
Custom voicemail and working hours
Reps can now set their HubSpot working hours to ensure that customers get service at the times they expect and manage capacity and availability across time zones.
Reps can record a customized voicemail message to provide more transparency regarding their availability, which could help build stronger relationships with clients. The message may include the rep’s name, company, and availability hours.
Find notes by note content
HubSpot CRM users no longer have to scroll through records in order to find notes. Users can now search notes.
A customer service representative might, for example, write a note about an issue reported by a client. Sales reps and other team members can quickly locate this information for follow-up or recording the next time a customer contacts customer services.
Drag-and-drop functionality and marketing email CTAs (beta).
The new CTAs are now available to use in marketing email. They allow you to track the effectiveness of your offer across the entire customer journey, and on different tools. The legacy CTAs have issues with image rendering. These new CTAs don’t.
Content creators can create marketing emails with greater flexibility without the assistance of a developer by using drag-and-drop modules in custom-coded templates.
Improvements to total costs for line items (beta), quotes and improved estimates
Use the new Totals experience to make it easier for reps and customers to understand total costs, due dates and totals for each cost.
The total summary of the quotes did not indicate how much and when to pay for each product. This often led to sales reps guiding customers through each line item.
Reporting the call object
You can now analyze the call data (i.e. call frequency, duration, etc.). Create single object reports using the call object.
Custom objects with conditional stage properties
Custom object pipelines allow you to collect the data that you need for reporting purposes and to ensure users are following the correct process. This feature was previously available for deal pipelines, but has now been expanded to include custom objects.
Instagram Reels support (beta)
You can now report and publish on Instagram Reels within HubSpot to more efficiently manage your social media publishing effort.
Google enhanced conversions
Use the new feature of ad-conversion events for Google’s enhanced conversions to improve the accuracy of conversion reporting.
