pot announces AI enhancements and a revamped sales hub //
HubSpot launched Inbound 23 today, introducing HubSpot AI. This new product combines existing AI products and features with a reimagined HubSpot Sales Hub.
AI features include:
- AI Assistants are AI-generated capabilities that assist teams in creating content, images, reports, and websites.
- AI agents that respond to questions submitted via chatbots or email. The launch will be in early 2024.
- AI Insights is a set of analytics tools that uses predictive AI to provide recommendations and forecasts.
Get ready for GPT in CRM and Email
ChatSpot is one example. ChatSpot, which is now in public beta testing, combines ChatGPT’s capabilities with data from other sources, such as HubSpot customers’ Smart CRM.
Chris Miller, HubSpot’s vice president for product, growth, and AI, said that this is not HubSpot’s first announcement about AI. Prior to this, “most of the AI that we used was predictive and offered more static insights and experience.” Now, generative artificial intelligence allows our customers to create and author and edit much easier. They can also take ideas and turn them into tangible reality much easier.
Sales Hub upgrade
New capabilities of the revamped Sales Hub include:
- Sales reps can organize their day and stay focused by using a prospecting workspace that consolidates all of their prospecting activities.
- Lead management and reporting that allows you to track and manage leads more efficiently.
- AI-powered deal tracking and forecasting enables sales teams better prioritise efforts and predict outcomes.
- HubSpot Smart CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (currently a private beta) can be synced.
HubSpot is focused on the 2023 economic theme, “doing more for less”, according to Jen Bergren. She is also the author of MarTech Hubspot release notes.
Many of the new releases eliminate the need for expensive third-party software, like tools for scheduling meetings or making payments. This helps customers save money on their shrinking budgets. HubSpot users may appreciate that their team members can stay within one platform and use the new AI tools, Bergren explained.
