le Ads emails include customer IDs now

Google Ads now includes customer ID numbers in their emails.

Digital marketing expert Greg Kohler shared a screenshot of the change on X, formerly known by Twitter:

He asked: “Customer IDs in Google emails?” This one is going to be chalked up to #PPCChat respectfully complaining about it not being in previous emails.

Why it matters. Marketers who work across multiple Google Ads accounts will know immediately which client an email refers to. This means they won’t waste time guessing.

Why Now? PPC advertisers have complained for years about confusion when Google Ads does not specify the client. The platform appears to have acted upon this feedback.
