week’s AI-powered marketing releases
This week, the AI news was dominated by two major announcements: HubSpot as well as SalesForce. Amazon added AI to its Thursday NFL matches to display data during critical moments of the game. Interesting, but not strictly martech. Other AI-powered martech features that have appeared in the last seven days include:
- Intuit Assist’s s Mailchimp helps users create content, personalize their marketing and learn faster. It can create content for your social media posts, website pages and email campaigns, and suggest changes to the email text, layout and image.
-
Typeface
The solution is a result of a partnership between GrowthLoop, Google Cloud and a generative AI tool that helps marketers create personalized content for multiple channels. The solution includes:- BigQuery allows marketers to access customer data in a unified way. This includes data from advertising, sales, product information, and many other sources.
- Natural language understanding and intuitive audience definition: This allows marketers to easily define audience segments by their demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Content that is tailored to each audience segment can be created and distributed via multiple channels.
- Marketing can track their campaign performance and make adjustments if necessary by using effective orchestration and performance measurements.
- Cordial’s Cordial AI offers marketers generative, prescriptive and predictive artificial intelligence capabilities. The generative feature generates subject lines and customizes the tone and length of content. Predictive features identify preferred channels, predict buying habits and suggest products. Prescriptive features can suggest next-best actions to customers, highlight missed campaign opportunities and suggest messaging experimentation.
- Outboundlyis an extension for Chrome that automates cold outreach through AI-driven prospecting messages. It uses the information from the prospect’s LinkedIn profile and website to create a customized email tailored to their interests and needs. Outboundly is also a great tool for finding contact information, like an email address or phone number.
