- Microsoft has added two AI-powered marketing tools. Advertising Platform Copilot utilizes generative AI for campaign creation, content suggestions, account management, and optimization. The company will be testing it internally and then expand the test to a few advertisers in the near future before opening up beta to all. Compare & Decide Ads is a conversational ad designed for Bing chat that will be available in early 2024. Bing users ask Chat for help when shopping. They want to know the pros and cons of different options, such as buying a car. Compare & Decide Ads then pulled the relevant data from various car models and compiled it into a table that allowed the user to quickly evaluate their options.
- Akeneo is a provider of product information management solutions. It has acquired Unifai – an AI platform that allows for data collection and cleansing as well as categorization and enrichment.
- Pluto 5 000 is a technology firm building the next-generation of the Internet. They have announced the beta launch of Cartographer AI Explorer. The product combines AI, hyperpersonalization, and data ownership based on the user. AI Explorer allows marketers to embed AI personalization on their website with just a single line of code. The software also offers data management and privacy features that are typically reserved for large enterprises with extensive engineering support.
- Bynder is a platform for digital asset management. It has acquired EMRAYS – a provider of AI-based search solutions. Bynder’s customers will be able to save money, increase efficiency and find assets more quickly.
- Storyteq’s BrandCore engine is AI-driven and provides marketers with a secure, controllable AI which works for them as well as their brands. It uses user interaction and brand guidelines to improve brand compliance marketing. It gives marketers greater control over campaigns and automates repetitive tasks to save them time. BrandCore will enable brands to create and scale content by using quality assets and templates. It will also help distribute content by promoting it across multiple channels and media formats.
- MFour launched DANI, its AI Survey Builder, and a platform for consumer intelligence. DANI allows for immediate insight after data collection. The tool analyses surveys and provides insights on consumer preferences and behavior. The tool uses MFour’s proprietary dataset of survey responses, app and website traffic, location data and MFour’s dataset to validate responses from multiple sources. AI Survey Builder makes it easy to create tailored surveys.
- GetResponse launched a campaign generator powered by AI to help marketers with all levels of experience create more effective campaigns. It uses industry-specific optimizing to determine the most effective phrases and words to use in an email or landing page. This results in a higher rate of conversion. It can also create automated emails and landing page specific to a particular sector in a matter of clicks.
