Glassbox, a digital experience analytics platform, has announced the integration of ChatGTP into its digital analytics platform. ChatGTP will respond to users’ questions in their native languages, allowing them to gain insight. ChatGTP is an OpenAI chatbot engine that enables users to have conversation with their bots.

Glassbox’s goal is to make it easier to access the data and insights that it generates in order to optimize digital experience and customer journey. Glassbox is available on both web and mobile properties. It provides visualizations of customer journeys and suggests ways to improve.

Why do we care? A hint at a trend. It’s not difficult to see integration with this type of dialogue engine moving quickly, especially with the many open-source alternatives ChatGTP in development.
