Google just launched Performance Max experiments and Twitter took notice.
Why we care. This feature is available to advertisers using Performance Max. You can test any changes you make to your account before you apply them permanently.
Recommendations can be used as experiments. Advertisers can now apply recommendations as experiments to Google’s search results. They announced in October that more experiments would be coming “in the next months”. Now they offer the same features to Performance Max campaigns.
Google has yet to officially announce the update.
