HubSpot Reporting now supports configurable fiscal years, dashboard property filters, and parent-child calculated assets

Are your fiscal years different than the calendar? HubSpot for Fiscal year forecasting and goals lets you create custom reporting for your fiscal years.

You can view the information you need about specific segments and properties of your CRM without asking your administrator for custom reporting modifications on dashboards. The date range used to be the only filter that was available on the dashboard.

Multi-location companies or profiles of parent-child businesses can give you a better view of your parent company’s business. You can also save views and get more information using calculated property for parent-child organizations (in beta). A report could include the sum of all revenue from the parent’s children companies.

Improvements in internal communication to improve team efficiency and centralization

Managers can ensure that the most important information on HubSpot records is kept for contact, companies, deals, tickets, and other contacts by using the new feature to Convert Slack Messages to Notes.

This is particularly useful for Slack’s free plans, which can cause older messages to disappear. It also helps with important transaction-related communications between teams, such as when clients cancel contracts. HubSpot previously supported Slack channels to send notes via workflow. Not sending from Slack directly to HubSpot.

Remote team members can contact their colleagues more easily from their phones. This includes sending them to the relevant records and allowing you to quickly resolve a customer issue or an internal problem using the new “@” mention notification in the HubSpot mobile application.

This feature was previously only available on laptops and desktops. It caused a delay in team communication for those working from mobile devices.

Non-admin members of a team can quickly find, share, or clone the meeting links of their colleagues to improve customer experience and internal communication. Managers and team leaders without Super Admin access have the ability to edit, delete, or create these meeting links for other users.

HubSpot Payments Updates Increase Sales and Adoption Potential

HubSpot’s new optional products make it easier for customers to upsell and cross-sell. This feature makes it easy to create payment links for every product or bundle of products you offer. This release could make HubSpot Payments easier than issuing invoices and quotes, and attributing additional revenues to a sales, marketing, or customer success activity.

The new release allows you to sell multiple subscriptions at different frequency within one checkout experience. This will increase sales and decrease sales cycles. This feature is particularly useful for professional service firms that have recurring client payments at different billing frequencies and different terms in one contract.

Your team used to have to create multiple invoices and quotes, which could cause confusion for customers. This functionality can increase your chances of your company using HubSpot subscriptions. HubSpot allows you to track recurring revenue from different products.

Do your finance staff use QuickBooks? HubSpot Payments supports creating QuickBooks refund receipts, increasing the likelihood of financial approval. This will allow non-finance managers to report revenue in HubSpot.

Increase marketing accessibility, conversions, and campaign insights

The new Facebook Conversions API For Forms (in beta) will help you improve your Facebook advertising performance, personalization, and measurement. This functionality can lower your ad spending by linking your website to Meta’s marketing data. This allows for greater control over content and sharing times.

HubSpot allows you to store your marketing event data in HubSpot as an object. This will allow you to associate your HubSpot campaigns with it. It is not possible to associate offline events data.
