Google’s use of AI in search
We learned more about Google’s use of AI in search in 2022 – to understand query language, content, and rank purposes.
This overview will discuss how AI and machine-learning helped Google Search accomplish its daily tasks. Particularly with:
- RankBrain
- Neural matching
- BERT
- MUM
RankBrain and neural matching, as well as BERT, were all used by Google to rank queries across many, if any, of them. They also look at the language and ranking content. MUM was not used in ranking.
