You can create custom goals for any property
HubSpot Sales and Service Enterprise allows you to set custom goals that are based on any property.
You can set notifications to notify your team when goals are reached, exceeded, missed, and when they will be reached. This will help you track, reward, and improve the performance of your team.
Use marketing email analytics to create custom reports (beta).
You can now report on the performance of your marketing emails in more relevant ways, as the marketing analytics are an option within the custom report builder.
Previously, metrics such as open rate or click-through rate could only be found in the marketing tool’s analysis space. They can also be exported and compiled in an Excel sheet.
Marketing email analytics can be used in the custom report maker to tie email performance to other CRM information without having multiple tools. Examples of reports include:
- Which day has the highest open rate?
- It is important to consider which content has the lowest click through rate.
These reports can be added into a HubSpot dashboard, where you can view the reporting of your other managers.
HubSpot Subscriptions include a free trial offer
Is your company offering a free trial period for recurring revenue products or services? HubSpot Subscriptions can be used by you to schedule the subscription at a later date during checkout.
The customer could input their payment information today, but they would receive their first recurring expense in 30 days. ( Watch this video at 1:45.
This subscription may resolve a common problem where free trials were activated in a product app other than HubSpot. HubSpot may not be able to integrate with the app well enough to track and seamlessly transition these customers from their free trial into their payment period.
HubSpot Payments can be linked with a terms-of-service link
HubSpot Payments may not have been approved by your legal or finance team. You can add a Terms of Service link to the Payments links.
Before allowing customers to checkout, you can make sure they agree to these terms.
Schedule meetings faster using calendar view
Encourage more HubSpot meetings adoption.
Users could not see their availability in HubSpot before, so scheduling meetings required several tabs and tools.
Inbound calls can give you a better view of customer interactions (beta).
Use the new accept inbound phone calls within HubSpot to prevent data loss and stress. This release also includes voicemail and missed calls management.
HubSpot’s call data will give you a comprehensive view of your customer’s interactions with you company. This will allow your team to sell to the customer or delight them more effectively.
All user security can be managed in one place
The new Security Center score helps you to understand your risk of security incidents within your HubSpot account. It is based on a security checklist or security criteria that includes users and permissions.
Managers may have to make sure that your employees and customers’ data are safe, particularly if you do not have an effective information security team.
Team preset (beta), allows you to change notifications settings and onboard.
You can add multiple team members to your team and make sure that current members have access to the necessary information using the Team presets. This includes settings like language, homepage, and email signature. The presets were previously applied to each user one-by-one.
This includes presets for notifications . These were previously only possible to be set up by users within their preferences. It makes compliance difficult.
If notifications are not set up correctly, your team may be overwhelmed by unnecessary information and not receive the information that they need. This is especially true for team members who do not log into HubSpot every day.
