Artificial intelligence (AI), which is a growing trend in marketing technology, has become a commonplace. ChatGPT launched in 2014, but the technology has been around for a while. More and more AI powered solutions are announced each day.
MarTech experts on marketing AI to follow
Here’s a list of AI-powered Martech products, platforms, and features that were announced this week.
- Dealtale IQuses generative AI for complex data analysis and creation. It also generates insights into performance metrics reports using a natural-language interface.
- Rokuintroduced a contextual search powered by AI that finds “iconic story moments” within Roku content to match a brand message, and places ads in real time.
- Fooji’s Safesail is an AI-powered brand safety solution that detects harmful text, images and videos “across nine psychologically-validated dimensions — including hate, racism, explicit content, violence, murder, drugs and weapons.” It is a feature of Crowdsail, “a surprise and delight platform for companies to easily interact with fans on social media.”
- Chatmeterhas released new modules and customized topic features for Pulse, its AI-powered sentiment analytics tool. The new modules include: the best and worst topics, with ratings and how people felt about them across all channels online; trends in categories of how often people discuss things online during a selected time period; and top locations based on a rating of a picture that shows most popular topics.
- Acceleration Partner has integrated AI into its partnership data and analytics platform APVision. The platform can now provide intelligent results from different inputs, generate recommendations and reports, and segment publishers and influences.
- The BI Concierge of Metric Insights is a part of Enterprise BI Portal. It allows for conversational discovery of dashboards and reports, and makes content recommendations based upon knowledge of BI throughout an organization.
- StructuredWeb ‘s ChannelGPTan AI powered feature of its enterprise marketing automation platform. It creates content using vendor sales, marketing, and product content. This includes news articles, blogs and websites.
- YouScan is a platform that allows social media listening and image recognition. It has launched Insights Copilot, which provides insights from a large number of conversations online. It can answer any questions related a monitoring query, and it removes spam or irrelevant mentions to increase the accuracy of its response.
- Scale Contentful’s Composable Content platform’s Composable Content platform’s Scale feature is a AI content generator. Users can create content that is on-brand and translate it into over 100 languages. It has templates for blogs, websites and e-commerce.
- EcoSend launched a free subject line generator based on ChatGPT as part of their efforts to reduce martech’s impact on the environment. The company claims that the generator will reduce email campaign development by 15%.
- InnerAction Media’s StoryMaker is a generative AI tool that helps small businesses create their perfect 30-second pitch and other marketing messages instantly. The software uses marketing data from a company to generate content that can be used for social media platforms, email, presentations, and in-person events.
