Google’s new AI solutions could be beneficial to YouTube creators and advertisers.

Google Ads. CNBC, using internal Google documents, reported that PaLM 2’s Generative AI Tools will help advertisers to create media assets. Unfortunately, this is all we know at the moment.

We have previously reported that Google Ads will soon feature generative AI. This report is about Google actually creating the assets, as opposed to “remixing”.

Google is also testing PaLM 2 on YouTube for youth content, including titles and descriptions. The company is experimenting with five video ideas for creators based on relevant topics.

Why do we care? Amazon, Meta , and Meta have also tested or will soon test generative AI. Google’s integration will be worth testing if it improves performance, especially since conversions rates are down and CPLs are up.

We’ll find out more on Tuesday. The Google Marketing Live event for this year takes place on May 23. It’s expected to be a heavy AI announcements. These – and other AI solutions – could be announced officially next week. We will be there to cover all the latest news.
