HubSpot’s April releases include the long-requested feature of booking meetings for other users. There are also many new Payments options and AI capabilities to link calls to deals.
Managers should be aware of the following updates:
- Book meetings for other users (beta).
- HubSpot for Salesforce (beta): New HubSpot Embed.

Payments:
- Edit subscriptions (beta)
- Change the next payment date of subscriptions.
- Create and send payment links directly from your contact, company or deal records.
- Experience improved payouts
- Use multiple payment links on forms.
- Starter includes a dashboard for reporting payments revenue.
- Add conditional logic to ‘Create Record’ form (beta).
- Manage your marketing emails on the go.
- HubSpot AI beta allows you to automatically associate calls with sales.
- The Forms Analyze Tab now includes reporting for forms.
- Saved views of website pages and blog entries.
Book meetings for other users (beta).
Use the release to schedule meetings for other users on their behalf directly from the deal, ticket or company record.
You can now report who booked a meeting, and who assigned it. You can report, for example, which Business Development Representatives (BDRs) or Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), booked meetings with which Account Executives (AEs).
HubSpot embedded for Salesforce (beta).
Use the HubSpot Salesforce embed to save time and avoid switching between HubSpot, Salesforce and HubSpot.
Salesforce previously only displayed the five latest HubSpot timeline events and a small number of properties.
HubSpot Payments gets many long-awaited upgrades
HubSpot’s latest releases may help you overcome this barrier.
- You can make upsells and retain customers by changing products, prices and quantities without having to cancel and restart the subscription.
- You can edit next payment dates for subscriptions to improve customer and financial team experience instead of cancelling and restarting subscriptions. This feature is particularly useful for businesses that make the first payment immediately to reserve service for future months. All customers are billed on the same date.
- You can send payment links directly from the contact, deal, and company records. This will save your team time and make getting paid easier. The link creation process now takes only 10 seconds, as opposed to the 3 minutes it took before.

Payouts in Payment Settings will now show a bank deposit experience to help you quickly reconcile HubSpot Payments transactions with your bank account.

Add conditional logic in the “Create Record” form (beta).
Use the new release of to add conditional logic for properties with defined options in the form that creates HubSpot records. The following fields will be customized based on the option selected in the first field.
Mobile devices can be used to manage your marketing emails
You can now check the status of your marketing emails on the go. The HubSpot Mobile App now lets you manage marketing emails.
The app also allows you to delete emails and test them, as well as see the last time the email was updated, by whom and the email details.
HubSpot AI beta allows you to automatically associate calls with sales.
Enroll in the HubSpot AI public beta to save your team time while gaining more accurate data. Associating deals with calls was a tedious manual process. This meant that many calls weren’t associated, making it difficult to find the information and for you to report.
Reporting on forms is now available in the tab Forms Analyze
By clicking on , the new tab within the Forms tool, you can find out more about the reporting of forms. Prior to this, it was difficult to locate form analytics within the Reports section of the Analytics tools.
Saved views of website pages and blog entries
‘s new Saved views can help you save time if you visit a website page or a blog post on a regular basis. The views are similar to those in HubSpot’s other tools. They can be shared with other HubSpot users so they can check the same posts or pages quickly.
