Pega GenAI is a collection of 20 AI-powered generative boosters that can be used across Pega Infinity 23. The boosters are:- The Pega Customer Decison Hub’s Treatment Creation Assistant will provide text and image suggestions to help users create better treatments.
- Pega Customer Services offers automatic interaction summaries, accelerated chatbots training and a simulator for customer interactions.
- Pega Sales Automation has a meeting and email reply generator.
- Sprinklr for its Customer Experience Management platform. Sprinklr AI+ combines unstructured CX data with generative AI from 30+ digital platforms, including social platforms, message platforms, millions of publicly accessible news, blogs, and review websites. This allows it to create content, improve customer feedback, and identify insights more quickly.
- AcquiaAn AI Assistant for its Digital Asset Management Platform, Acquia DAM(Widen). The assistant can be integrated in the Workflow comments section and answer questions or make suggestions.
- Meltwater : AI-powered platforms for media, social, and consumer intelligence. New features include a tool to analyze video and write about it, as well as the ability of finding insights in consumer and market data.
- Clearview:Its platform for social media marketing is now equipped with a ChatGPT called Social Shuffle. It generates variations for a company’s posts on social media to reduce redundancy.
- Inuvo Its IntentKey AI suite now includes a media mix model. It predicts the best media mix for a given budget and across all channels without using tracking IDs.
- Merchynt : ProfilePro, an AI-powered Chrome Extension that allows small business owners to manage their Google Business Profiles themselves. It automates many tasks, including responding to reviews, optimising business descriptions, and creating Google Business Posts.
- MobileFuse Fusion Video is a new in-app mobile advertising platform that includes CTV, DOOH, and mobile ads. It uses AI technology to automatically create video ad placements and takes into consideration performance and consumer preferences.
