- Automatticadded a AI assistant to its WordPress.com Content Management System. Users can add a “AI Assistant” to their content to generate text, change tone, create structured summaries and lists, suggest titles, and translate in 12 languages. This block integrates with Jetpack powered sites.
- Phrasee’sContent Engine combines large language models and the company’s controlled natural language generation.
- Aprimo’sAI content coach rewrites drafts, and generates variations of content based on tone, language, target audience, and other factors specific to an organization. It can also train different GPT models to work with the curated and diverse collections of assets that customers have within their digital asset system. It can also provide quick answers to teams ranging from sales, HR and customer success.
- Act on Software’s Act-On AI create can craft and refine email, and then put them with optional subject lines into templates for marketers.
- Conversica Revenue Digital Assistants powered by AI are now integrated into Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Users can now refine and target messages via SMS and email. These assistants can also be used by Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization users to deliver offers, make product recommendations and run upsell, cross-sell, or upsell campaigns using a personalized, two-way communication platform.
- AffinityX’s Chat to conversion is a generative AI tool that helps businesses engage with their customers and track the conversions across various channels. Integrations across multiple channels: Website, Facebook, SMS, Google Business, and voice.
- Kouo AI emotion analytics technology gives insights into the emotions driving user behavior and their interactions with products. It allows product teams to make better decisions about new feature development and improve key business metrics.
- The Trade Desk’sKokai uses AI for programmatic ad purchasing. It is able to provide predictive clearing which ensures that traders place bids at an optimal level.
- NICE has added three new features in Enlighten, their AI-powered CX Platform. Enlighten Copilot provides employees with brand-specific answers. Enlighten Autopilot is a chatbot for consumers. Enlighten actions for CX leaders identifies the best areas for automation.
- JasperJasper campaigns allows users to create an entire campaign from a single brief in just minutes. It enhances data models by adding company details and branding identity, and creates a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Rallio A.I. added a feature for content generation to its social media platform.
