Justine Jordan

Justine says that she never imagined making a career of email marketing. But, it’s a job I love. Dare I say it’s been a blast? Her first email marketing job was with ExactTarget, now Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This got her interested in the data-centered approach to email design. She was named CMO of Help Scout by the Email Experience Council, and later became VP of Marketing at Litmus. Wildbit is her current marketing head.

Dan Oshinsky

Dan is now a newsletter and email innovator. He began his career in journalism, creating a channel to deliver long-form news and the Tools For Reporters newsletter. He rose to become director of newsletters at BuzzFeed magazine and The New Yorker magazine. He is the founder of the email consultancy InBox Collective, and publishes the NotANewsletter. It is a semi-comprehensive Google Doc-based guide for sending better emails to 9,000+ subscribers.

Kath Pay

It’s hard to know which achievement Kath is most well-known for. Perhaps it’s because she is the founder and CEO at Holistic Email Marketing. Perhaps. It could be because she is the best-selling author of ” Holistic email marketing: A practical philosophy for revolutionizing your business and delighting your customers.” She is also a world-renowned speaker, trainer and facilitator. Ryan Phelan

Ryan is a true veteran in email marketing. He is the co-founder and managing partner of RPEOrigin and has over two decades of experience in global marketing leadership for Fortune 250 and SaaS companies. Dela Quist

Dela is internationally known for his unique use of data analysis to challenge preconceived notions and myths about email marketing. Since the 1990s, email was a popular marketing channel. Dela is an innovator in this field. He is the founder and CMO at Alchemy Worx. This audience management agency specializes in email marketing and SMS marketing. He was also the 2022 ANA Email Experience Council’s Email Marketing Thought leader of the year.

Elliot Ross

Elliot is currently the technology evangelist at MessageBird and loves helping other email marketers. He is the managing director/founder of Action Rocket. This creative studio for emailers is where he serves as managing director and founder. He is also the CEO and co-founder Taxi to Email, an application that assists marketers in making better email. He is the host of EmailTalks podcast, and a frequent conference speaker on email design. He seems to still have time for other things, such as being a member of the DMA Email Council’s Best Practice Hub.
