Holiday customer appreciation emails

Even small details can have huge effects in a short amount of content. Here are some tips to help you get it right.

  • Use a conversational tone and keep it brief. This is not an e-toast.
  • Be positive and warm, but not too excited. Holidays can be stressful for many.
  • Make it visual by adding graphics or a photo of your team.
  • Let customers know about your achievements and growth to help them feel confident in their business.
  • It’s all about them. You have grown because of their support. Show your gratitude
  • It should be connected to your mission. Not your value prop.
  • Keep your eyes on the future. Talk about an ongoing relationship and not a CTA. It is possible (and advisable!) to include CTAs in your year-in-review email. However, you can and should include CTAs in a year-in review email.
