Google Search Console now shows publishers that are part of Reader Revenue Manager the information about their “subscribed content”. Google also launched a rich results status report which shows traffic from Google Search as well as errors they can correct with structured data.
The announcement. Google tweeted: “We are happy to announce that Search Console will launch a new rich result status report “Subscribed Content” to help Reader Revenue Manager Publishers measure their traffic from Search and fix their structured content.”
Subscribe with Google.Subscribe With Google is an important part of the second goal to encourage sustainable business models for Publishers, as we have previously reported. It is important to make it easy for users, especially on mobile devices, to Subscribe. Google account holders who have payment information stored can purchase subscriptions with just a few clicks. Google credentials will be used to login for subscriptions. Publishers will receive subscriber information.
Reader revenue manager. Google has launched a platform called “Reader revenue manager” to assist publishers in increasing engagement by highlighting the content they provide to readers. Google Publisher Center is where you can manage how your readers subscribe to and pay for content.
