G2 Launches Market Intelligence dashboard

G2, the software- and services review website, has launched G2 Market Intelligence. This interactive dashboard gives software vendors greater visibility into the data G2 collects about software buyers in the market.

This data is updated in real-time and based upon verified G2 reviews. It’s intended to assist vendors in staying up-to-date on not only the market but also their competitors.

1.9 Million reviews.G2 collects over 40 data points per review. Their total database currently stands at about 1.9million reviews. The website does not make all that information public. However, the data is being made public through the new dashboard. It includes:

As competitors gain more market share, internal teams become disaligned about strategy and customers keep churning. This is a common outcome, even though it’s not intended. Decisions are often based on guesswork or incomplete data, at best. G2 unlocks a deeper, more complete level of intelligence that is not available elsewhere.
